Exaforce raises $125M for AI security operations

Exaforce has raised a $125 million Series B at a $725 million valuation, bringing total funding to $200 million. HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures and Seligman Ventures backed the round.

The product is aimed at SOC teams drowning in alerts. Its Exabot agent reads logs, correlates events and writes investigation reports; the company says work that once took days can be reduced to about a minute, with manual effort down 90%. A natural-language feature called vibe hunting lets analysts ask questions such as whether PowerShell was used oddly in the past 24 hours.

The market is crowded with 7AI, Dropzone AI, Prophet Security and incumbents such as Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike. Exaforce’s test is not whether the AI sounds smart, but whether it can cut alert work in production without missing real attacks.
