Nectar Social has raised a $30 million Series A led by Menlo Ventures, with capital from the Anthology Fund it runs with Anthropic. The one-year-old company was founded by sisters Misbah and Farah Uraizee, both former Meta leaders.
Its pitch is not another dashboard. Nectar agents read comments and messages across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, reply in a brand voice, classify purchase intent and attribute the resulting conversations to revenue. The company claims more than 10 million weekly conversations, 5x growth in three months and over 50 million consumers reached.
Customers including e.l.f. Beauty, Babylist, Figma and Liquid Death show why the market is narrow but valuable: for DTC brands, the comment section is already a sales channel. Anthropic-linked capital is betting that Claude-powered agents can take over that contact surface, not merely assist a marketer.
