Nourish closed a $100 million Series C led by Menlo Ventures, lifting its valuation to $1.75 billion and total funding to about $215 million.
The company is trying to solve a practical gap around GLP-1 drugs: many patients stop treatment within six months, often because medication is not paired with usable nutrition support.
Its model combines more than 10,000 registered dietitians with AI agents that handle intake, insurance workflows, meal guidance and follow-up, so the human visit is not the only point of care.
The funding matters because metabolic health is becoming a budget problem for insurers and employers. Nourish is betting that AI-assisted dietitian care can turn a fragmented service into a scaled clinical product.
